Cloudy and cooler through Sunday with low to medium chances for showers Sunday along the Cumberland Plateau. Drier conditions are expected Monday through at least Friday with low rain chances returning next weekend. Ha-ha! Oh yeah! Whoa! Count it down! Central Alabama, you ready for this? Well, low stratus is blanketing Middle Tennessee tonight, Patchy fog on the Plateau, holding real tight. Over central Alabama, there's a sneaky little line, A stationary boundary just biding its time! Yeah, it's sitting real quiet, waiting for the wave, A shortwave coming through, misbehaving and brave! Low chance of rain across the southern zone, We're taking this spectacle and making it our own! Look out baby, here comes the shortwave! Low stratus clouds, got nowhere to run! Highs in the seventies to near eighty, With that stationary boundary draped to the south! Sunday morning hits and the boundary starts to lift, Giving all the southeastern counties a playful little gift! Scattered showers popping up, maybe a thunder rumble too, No severe weather coming, just a show for me and you! Clearing out from west to east while the sun begins to play, Then a front swings south on Monday just to sweep the rest away! Yeah! Drier air is rolling in, mostly sunny, feeling great! Look out baby, here comes the shortwave! Low stratus clouds, got nowhere to run! Highs in the seventies to near eighty, With that stationary boundary draped to the south! Look out baby, here comes the shortwave! Low stratus clouds, got nowhere to run! Highs in the seventies to near eighty, With that stationary boundary draped to the south! Draped to the south! Ha-ha! Seventies to near eighty! Mostly sunny Monday, baby! Whoa! Adios, stratus! Yeah!
